"All Day I Dream About Scottish ales" was first brewed with our friends at Casual Pint in Central Phoenix for their 6th Anniversary! When brewing up styles of beer steeped in rich history, we tend to stick to tradition as was the case when we decided to brew our first ever Scottish Export! We started by emulating the traditional water profile found in Edinburgh, then used the highest quality floor malted Golden Promise and Pale Ale malts from Thomas Fawcett, and finally fermented quite cold with a classic Scottish ale yeast with a brief lagering period. We hope this beer will have you dreaming about Scottish Ales just like us!
