"HOPIPHANY" -- AMERICAN IPA: 7% abv, 70 ibu
American IPA with simcoe, cascade, and amarillo hops.Assertive hop profile supported by a light caramel malt character for overall balance with a crisp, clean finish. Showcasing citrusy and piney American hops from the Pacific Northwest for that classic American IPA character.

"SINGULARITY" -- AMERICAN PALE ALE 5.5% ABV, 45 IBUs
Currently, Strata is the featured hop. Strata brings layered notes of tropical fruit including mango, passion fruit, and melon, fresh berry/strawberry, and some grapefruit citrus. Along with this comes a dank herbal note of drifting cannabis.

Our "Inside the Park" blonde ale infused with cold-brewed coffee from our friends at Village Coffee in Scottsdale. Originally meant to be a seasonal offering, our customers kept demanding this so much that it has since become a staple here at Oro. Delightfully crisp to balance out the rich caramel and coffee notes, this beer can be enjoyed during happy hour or for breakfast... we promise that your secret is safe with us.

"SAISON d'ORO" -- FARMHOUSE ALE: 6% abv, 20 ibu
Our rendition of a traditional farmhouse-style ale. Brewed with a simple yet supporting malt bill to display the distinctive rustic qualities of Saison yeast and allow the classic herbal and earthy aromas of Czech Saaz hops to really shine. Very refreshing during the hot days of Spring and Summer, Saison d'Oro is near and dear to our hearts.

An American wheat ale with a distinctive hazy appearance and a medium-light body from the massive amount of wheat used to brew this beer. Late hopped with a generous amount of Mandarina Bavaria and finally blended with fresh Tangerine puree to supply refreshing citrusy notes to this extremely drinkable fruit beer.

"CAKES & ALE" -- ENGLISH STRONG BITTER: 6.0% abv, 40 ibu
First appearing in William Shakespeare's Twelfth Night, the phrase "Cakes and Ale" roughly means the good things of life. What a perfect name for our English Strong Bitter! While wielding an assertive bitterness, this beer is extremely drinkable thanks to its distinctly complex malt profile. Toasty and nutty bread flavors and aromas complemented by notes of caramel and toffee all rounded out by a slight fruitiness from the yeast. Cheers to the good things of life!

"SOUR CHILD" -- FRUITED SOUR 4.5% ABV, 15 IBUs
A play on the term, “Flower Child", “Sour Child” is our rotating fruited sour series. Each batch features a different fruit addition to complement the acidity of the base beer. The vibrant colors, aromas, and flavors of these brews remind us of the spirited flower power movement that swept across the country during the sixties. Whether you like sours, fruited beers, or are new to them both, we’re certain that “Sour Child” will have you feeling groovy!
Currently, "Nerd Out" is on tap! A reminder of a favorite candy treat, this is the classic combo of Sour Cherry and Watermelon. A refreshing treat for sure!

“FIDDLER’S ELBOW” -- ENGLISH DARK MILD ALE: 3.3% ABV, 15 IBUS
Originating in 17th century, English Milds are the quintessential British session beer. The term Mild originally meant “young” ale as most beers back then were “staled” or aged. While known for its low alcohol and hop level, they are still packed with flavor. Over here in the states, they are rarely brewed. Steeped rich tradition and history, it’s one of our brewer’s favorite styles and we hope it becomes one of yours as well!

“NO TABOOS” -- CZECH PILSNER: 4.9% ABV, 40 IBUs
The winter installment of our rotating seasonal lager series, No Taboos is our tribute to the convergence of factors coming together to create Pilsner. In turn, sparking what is perhaps the most transformative change in the history of brewing beer. To produce a pilsner of the finest quality, we stick to tradition and use imported two-row Moravian barley and Saaz hops from the Czech Republic.

"KING GUS" -- IMPERIAL HAZY IPA: 8.5% ABV, 60 IBUs
2023 Arizona Craft Beer Awards® Gold Medal Winner - Imperial Juicy/Hazy IPAs and Imperial American IPAs Category
Started as our 6th anniversary beer, "King Gus" is brewed in collaboration with our friendly neighbors from Gus's World-Famous Fried Chicken! Brian, Gus's General Manager, kept pleading with us to brew up his favorite beer style, a hazy double IPA. We felt that year's anniversary was the perfect opportunity to brew one up. King Gus turned out to be one of our fastest selling beers ever, so we did it again!
